Score – 3/10

I can’t even right now.  This game just annoyed me and I didn’t feel like it was worth writing a ton of words about so here’s a video capture of what happened on the first time I played this game:

Slither.io is the game everyone has been talking about forever now.  It is supposedly both addicting and unique.  I tried to stay away from the growing plague that is this game, but eventually I succumbed to the darkness.  From now on, I shall be known as Darth… Slither… Okay, so I tried it and I didn’t like it.  Why?  It’s a time waster.  There’s no form of investment and in retrospect I just feel like I wasted seven minutes of my life that I’ll never get back.  I don’t feel satisfied after those seven minutes and I don’t even want to play more.

However, Slither.io does get bonus points for doing just that – being a time waster.  If I’m in a bus, I don’t want to play something investing such as Skyrim – I want to kill time for 5 minutes.  I consider time killers to be the lowest form of gaming entertainment because they are literally just created to waste someone’s time so he/she doesn’t die of boredom.  To me, this game wasn’t addicting because once my seven minutes were up I’ve already wasted the time I needed to waste.
